Brow Lift – Forehead Lifts

A brow lift (also referred to as forehead lift) is a type of cosmetic surgery procedure that is performed in order to reduce the creases that will appear in your forehead with age. The second way that the brow lift can be performed is known as “Endoscopic Forehead Lift”. In this case we are dealing with many small incisions that are made in your scalp. The doctor will use an endoscopic instrument in order to have a map of the eyebrows and forehead. Another instrument is then utilized in order to remove any extra skin, muscle or fat on your eyebrows and forehead. In some locations the surgeon might choose to use sutures or screws in order to hold the new position of your altered muscle or skin.

Before going through with the brow lift you need to understand that there are associated risks with this procedure, just as with any other cosmetic surgery out there.
